Infinnity Lab Ltd. issues ICUSD and ICEUR — fully backed, regulated stablecoins designed to facilitate borderless digital payments and value transfer. Our services include the issuance, redemption, and management of these stablecoins and any associated platform features, APIs, or tools we make available.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. Our services are not available to residents of jurisdictions where stablecoin issuance or digital asset transactions are prohibited by law.

4. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when required.
• Use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.
• Not use our services for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other illegal activity.
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with our smart contracts or platform.
• Not engage in market manipulation or any activity that could destabilize the peg of ICUSD or ICEUR.

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on this website and associated platforms are the exclusive property of Infinnity Lab Ltd. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Our platform integrates with third-party services including Chainlink oracle networks and The Network Firm for proof of reserves. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the British Virgin Islands, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the British Virgin Islands.
